Casa Del Lago Condominium Association is a nonprofit organization incorporated and governed by Florida state statutes and by Articles of Declaration of the association (November 1999).
Casa del Lago in Avon Park is a 96 Unit Community that is diverse, relaxing, and enjoyable.
Originally developed as a condominium community for enjoying all the benefits of Heartland Florida, Casa has evolved into a well-integrated community of residents from many different backgrounds, states, and Canada.
Living in our community is both relaxing and enjoyable. We think you’ll love it!
The Association is member-based and elects a board of directors to oversee community business affairs.
A helpful capsule of the association’s Rules and Regulations, taken from The By-Laws (rev March 2004), has been assembled by the board of directors for the convenience of the residents. Electronic digital versions are available on this website. A Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) document is also available on the homepage of this website.
We are a self-sustained community sharing common elements and the operational expenditures resulting from our common elements. A monthly maintenance fee assigned to all members covers our operational expenses and includes a state-mandated provision to reserve funds for maintenance and repair of large asset categories.
Please contact any board member for any further questions pertaining to our community or email Casa del Lago at [email protected] to reach the Casas del Lago board of directors.
